The mixer is a special vehicle. Not all drivers who can drive can drive the mixer. Improper operation will cause rollover, excessive wear of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer, and even serious consequences.
1. Before starting the mixer truck, put the operating handle of the mixing drum at the “stop” position.
2. After starting the engine of the mixer truck, the mixing drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise to above 20 ℃ before operation.
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to drain the accumulated water and sundries to ensure the quality of concrete.
4. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck shall ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed to prevent swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.
5. When the mixer truck loads the mixed concrete, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotating speed of the mixing drum shall be guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on the flat road. When driving on the road with a side slope greater than 50, or the road with a large shake from left to right, the mixing rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road conditions are improved.
6. The time for concrete mixer truck to transport concrete shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall always observe the concrete condition, report to the dispatching room in time in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.
7. When the mixer truck is loaded with concrete, the standstill time at the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in a timely manner.
8. The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From the time the concrete is poured into the tank to the time when it is discharged, it must not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it must not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy weather.
9. Before the concrete is discharged from the mixer truck, the mixing drum shall be rotated for 1 minute at the speed of 10-12 rpm before discharging.
10. After discharging the concrete mixer truck, immediately flush the feed inlet, discharge hopper, discharge chute and other parts with the attached hose, drain the dirt and residual concrete bonded to the vehicle body, and then inject 150-200L of clean water into the mixing drum. On the way back, let the mixing drum rotate slowly to clean the inner wall to avoid the residual slag adhering to the drum wall and mixing blade, and drain the water before re loading.
11. When the concrete mixer truck is transporting concrete, the engine speed shall be within the range of 1000-1400 rpm to make the engine have the maximum torque. During the transportation of concrete, the speed shall not exceed 40km/h to ensure driving safety.
12. After the cement mixer works, the interior and body of the mixing drum shall be cleaned, and the remaining concrete shall not be left in the drum.
13. When the cement mixer is working with the water pump, it is prohibited to idle, and the continuous use shall not exceed 15 minutes.
14. The water tank of the concrete mixer truck shall be always full of water for emergency use. After shutdown in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum shall be drained and parked in a sunny place without water to avoid freezing the machinery.
15. In winter, the mixer shall be timely installed with insulation sleeve, and protected with antifreeze. The fuel grade shall be changed according to weather changes to ensure the normal use of machinery.
16. When checking and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of the cement mixer, the engine and hydraulic pump shall be operated without pressure.
17. The adjustment of the clearance, stroke and pressure of each part of the concrete mixer shall be checked and approved by the full-time safety officer; When replacing parts, it must be signed by the director or the manager in charge, otherwise the relevant personnel will be held accountable.
