It is of great significance to adjust the pumping speed according to the different construction conditions in the actual operation process. The following methods are usually used to change the pumping displacement, as compared below:
1. Mechanical adjustment
Change the pumping displacement by changing the opening size of the manually adjusted throttle valve. The advantage is low cost, while the disadvantage is that it must be manually adjusted on the vehicle. For remote control operation far away from the pump truck, it is very inconvenient to drive, and the adjustment accuracy is low.
2. Engine speed regulation
Adjust the engine speed to change the displacement of the main pump, resulting in a change in the pumping speed, so as to achieve pumping displacement control. The change of engine speed also changes the movement speed of the boom, which may become an irreconcilable contradiction in construction.
3. Adjustment of electronically controlled proportional valve
The adjustment of the electronically controlled proportional valve can be divided into the following two modes according to the different electronic control modes:
1. The wireless remote controller outputs PWM signal to directly drive the displacement control proportional valve
The wireless remote controller outputs 200-600mA PWM signal to directly drive the displacement control proportional valve, realizing the stepless speed regulation of the pumping displacement, overcoming the problem that the mechanical adjustment method cannot achieve remote control. The disadvantage is that once the remote controller fails, the pumping displacement regulation cannot be realized on the control panel.
2. Proportional amplifier board outputs PWM signal to drive displacement control proportional valve
Through the (remote control/panel control) change-over switch, it is easy to adjust the input end of the wireless remote control or control panel comparison amplifier, so that the proportional amplifier outputs a PWM signal of 200-600mA to drive the displacement control proportional valve.
To sum up, the proportional amplifier plate outputs PWM signals to drive the displacement control proportional valve to change the way of pumping displacement, which not only overcomes the disadvantage of inconvenient adjustment in mechanical mode, but also flexibly realizes the conversion control between the wireless remote controller and the control panel, realizing the stepless speed regulation of pumping displacement, which is more in line with the requirements of actual construction.
