The 37m concrete pump truck is designed for the international market. The hydraulic system uses a large flow electric control valve group, which has been identified and recognized by professional institutions both in theoretical design and flow pressure test. The main oil pump is of German Rexroth international famous brand with excellent quality, safety and reliability. The transfer case adopts the German Spore transfer case brand, which has excellent performance, can greatly improve the working efficiency, and has high durability. The boom multi way valve adopts electric proportional stepless adjustment, German Harvey multi way valve, and two control modes of electric control or manual control, which are flexible and convenient. The wireless remote control adopts the well-known German HBC to realize the stepless speed change adjustment of the boom, which makes the operation more stable, reduces the shaking of the end cloth, and ensures the accuracy of the cloth.
The bus control of the pump truck adopts the original German IFM controller+display, which can monitor the running state of the engine in real time through the CAN bus to ensure that the engine is always in a stable working area, which not only saves fuel consumption but also extends the service life of the engine.
The advanced finite element analysis, strain gauge testing and nondestructive testing technology ensure that the boom structure is reasonable, safe and reliable.
