The 62m concrete pump truck is designed for the international market. The chassis of Foton Daimler and Isuzu are preferred, with higher configuration and cost-effective; At the same time, it has high reliability and fuel saving.

The service life of the structure laboratory is up to 450000 m3 without cracking, basically reaching the same advanced level in Europe; Structural parts are selected from plates – blanking – rough machining – welding – processing – assembly, laser precise blanking, customized special beveling machine with a length of 21 meters, special positioner for welding the boom of customized turntable support platform, and special boring machine for high-speed boom and connecting rod imported from Europe. Each process link is effectively controlled, realizing seamless welding of pump truck and high stability of boom.
The hydraulic system of the pump truck adopts a large flow electric control valve group, which has excellent performance, can greatly improve the working efficiency, and has high durability. The boom multi way valve adopts electric proportional stepless adjustment, German Harvey multi way valve, and two control modes of electric control or manual control, which are flexible and convenient. The boom adopts a damping control system, and its end amplitude is generally controlled within ± 0.2m.
